Washington State vs. Portland State- Live Blog: Halftime, Washington State 38 Portland State 3
A lot has happened since my last posting, and that is for good reason. The Vikings defense has sapped all the energy out of anyone affiliated with Portland State with poor play after poor play.
The Cougars have scored three touchdowns in the third quarter, and each has come with relative ease. Now that I think about it, that should be the word of this game: ease. It applies to one team and not the other, and clearly describes how the Cougars have scored.
Howland is now in the game, and he just got his first taste of the way things are going for the Vikings, as a pass Woods tipped feel into the arms of Washington State linebacker Greg Trent. The Cougars have the ball and are threatening to score again…did I mention again.
This is not looking pretty.
